Since 2004, Kathy has worked closely with moms and dads, first-time home buyers, business owners, veterans, and retirees, and understands everyone has a story and, therefore, unique needs when determining mortgage options. She is passionate about educating, encouraging, and inspiring all her clients to approach the mortgage process with enthusiasm and confidence.

Kathy and her husband have raised 3 kids in the northern suburbs of Cincinnati since 1993. She is also a passionate sports fan, and this has contributed to her “can-do” attitude and a positive “team” approach to everything she does!

1: Pre-Approval

Your golden ticket to start the homebuying process.

2: Find your dream home

Choose your preferred real estate agent to start shopping for your new home.

3: Loan Application

Once we have your future address, the official loan process can begin. We will tidy up your file and collect updated documentation.

4: Loan Processing

Our processor will review your file and prepare it for underwriting.

5: Underwriting

Your underwriter will closely evaluate your loan file, and give us the green light of approval.

6: Closing

Closing Documentation is sent to the title company, and numbers are finalized.
